Randal Skipper joins Sigma Ratings as SVP of Sales
New York, NY, March 23, 2023 - Another fantastic addition to our team! Randal Skipper is ready to drive growth at Sigma Ratings. With over 25 years of experience, Randal joins Sigma Ratings to lead the Sales and Marketing teams.
"We are thrilled to welcome Randal to Sigma to lead our sales efforts,” said Stuart Jones, Jr., CEO at Sigma Ratings. “His senior-level leadership experience with BAE North America and FinScan, both as a sales leader and chief executive, will be enormously helpful as we scale our global operations and deliver increasing value to our clients and prospects.”
Randal will fill a key position across the go-to-market teams by providing leadership for sales, marketing and customer success. He will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that Sigma Ratings continues to drive massive growth through 2023 and beyond.
“The reason I joined Sigma is to get the opportunity to work with a very talented team that has a relentless focus on delivering efficiencies in KYC and other regulatory processes,” said Randal. “We all know that efficiency is critical for risk and compliance teams, but too often, organizations are using legacy tools that can overcomplicate workflows and waste valuable time. The ability to consolidate screening, monitoring and investigations into one cloud-based platform that can be deployed within hours is a game-changer for our customers.”
Randal has over 25 years of experience directly managing various corporate functions across each major category of the technology landscape. He has held a leadership role at BAE Systems, led acquisitions at SilverSky and MessageLabs, and launched a successful IPO at Marimba Inc.
In the world of start-ups, Randal has successfully leveraged multiple routes to market to increase revenue growth and operating efficiencies that earned breakthrough financial performance.
“Sigma serves a noble cause in today’s uncertain world, and I’m very eager to help create a more transparent world through data,” said Randal.
