Stuart Jones, Jr.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Stuart is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sigma360. He oversees strategy, stakeholder management and operations. Prior to Sigma360, Stuart was a Sloan Fellow at MIT Sloan and served as the Executive Director of EY’s Middle East practice focusing on strategic client engagement in key growth markets.

Earlier in his career, Stuart served as the U.S. Treasury Department’s Financial Attaché to the Gulf Cooperative Countries (GCC), leading the Department’s regional efforts to ensure macroeconomic and financial stability and to combat illicit finance.

During his time with the U.S. Treasury, Stuart also served as the Financial Attaché to Afghanistan for two years, overseeing the Department's largest overseas technical personnel investment. Before taking up post overseas, Stuart worked as a senior advisor in Washington, D.C. in the Office of Terrorist Financing and Financial Crimes and was detailed for 15 months to help stand up the National Counterterrorism Center’s Directorate of Strategic Operational Planning (DSOP).

For his work at home and abroad, Stuart received the U.S. Treasury Department Meritorious Service Award and two U.S. Treasury Secretary's Honor Awards.
